So far so good…
I did not want to write a review until I used them for a couple weeks, just to make sure I wasn’t excited over nothing. But I didn’t want to wait any longer, as I want to answer the questions I was looking for when reading through countless reviews to find a reasonably priced patch that actually works…I initially was getting patches through my doctor. But the ones the insurance company gave me were big brown, bandaid looking stickers. They irritated my skin (red and very itchy,) and were shot as soon as they got wet. And still pretty expensive. I figured I would try these, after reading many reviews and comparing prices. I was happy to see the packaging was great, and the manufacturer date was within a month of purchase! Expiration date is 3 yearsish. They were much easier to open, and small. It just looks like a clear bandaid, with no writing advertising your business of quitting smoking on your arm. They also did not irritate my skin. I have showered with them and they stayed intact for the most part. The time it didn’t was when I tested one I had on my arm for almost the time limit, and even then just the edges were not adhered. I’ve worked out in them just fine. I don’t even remember they are on until it’s time to change. Honestly, for the price, if once in a while you need two a day it’s still worth it. They seem to work really quick too. Mind you, they are not magic. I am still fighting the oral fixation urges. But I am not missing the nicotine rush. With the price being so reasonable, compared to name brands, I would highly recommend. Everyone seems to react differently to these products, but this is my honest review—I was not paid to write this. Hopefully I covered everything you were wondering. Good luck, I hope your experience is equally as beneficial On your journey.

Start before you withdraw
START BEFORE YOU GO INTO WITHDRAWALS! The first time i tried using this i was already withdrawing from vaping, so i didnt stick to it because it doesnt give you that immediate rush like a hit. It's just a slow steady dosage to keep u from feeling any withdrawal symptons. 2 months later I put it on when my pod was almosttt done. So I had it on and was able to have just a few hits left in the first 6 hours that I hit sporadically. THISSSSS worked. Plus adding in Nic gum for the oral fixation.

Had my doubts
Try as I might, nothing has been able to keep me smoke-free for more than a couple of years at a time, but I keep trying...and it was getting expensive, until I found these. You get more in the package for less than what can be bought at Walmart or other stores. Even Walmart's generic version is more expensive with less patches.I have gotten to the point where the cravings will hit me out of nowhere, even after not smoking for months, so I keep these handy for those times when the craving gets to be too much--just slap one on periodically and I'm good for another few weeks or months. (Yes, I've tried using them the way they're intended, but as I said, the cravings can come long after I've quit for a while, and I don't know what else to do).The only thing I'm not totally happy with is the adhesive--no matter how clean the skin is, even using alcohol, sometimes the edges start coming up. They haven't come off, but with the edges being loose, I worry that they will catch on my clothing and might fall off. Otherwise, I'm happy with this product.

Waste of money!
I bought these hoping they would work well. So far, they have been horrible. As you can see in the picture it has lost its stickiness and ive only had it one for 3 hours. I've had to replace the patch up to 3 times in a day because just the smallest amount of sweat it starts to peel off. The adhesive is awful. Makes you itch. This patch has yet to help with cravings. I'm really disappointed in this product. 😞

Better than RiteAid patches in every way!
The only other nicotine patches I've used have been the Rite Aid ones and I've gotta say, I'm pretty upset i didn't find these earlier. From the price I assumed these would be worse, but the Rite Aid ones were starting to really irritate my skin so I decided to look for another option. Comparing the two:Price: These are 20 dollars for 30 patches, RiteAid are 27 dollars for 14 patches.Packaging: Although these carry over twice as much, they come in a smaller box. The individual patch wrappings are also far thinner and can be opened without scissors, as opposed to Rite Aid. Also, I really like that unlike RiteAid ones, which discourage cutting them in half because the nicotine apparently isn't distributed evenly throughout the patch (likely just a lie to ensure people continue paying the same amount for steps 2 and 3), this one actually is perforated down the middle to make cutting them in half easy.Comfort: These are far more comfortable, far smaller, far less conspicuous, and stay on far better. Also, the RiteAid ones started to give me a rash after a few days.Craving control: I've personally found these more effective at controlling my cravings, although that may just be due to my cravings naturally lessening over time since i started using these after the RiteAid ones. While using the RiteAid ones I was able to cut down from 10-15 a day to 4-6 cigarettes a day. Using these I've come down to one cigarette a week! After smoking for over a decade, i never thought I'd be able to cut down to that extent. Really grateful for these.

Not what I expected
It worked ok, did not seem to last long enough to fight cravings. Seemed like the mid range nicotine, not the higher strength. The name brand works better.

It works so far!
I’ve been using this for about 9 days ( been a smoker for 9 years ) and so far, I did not have the urge to smoke a cig. Some days yes, I felt like I needed to smoke but most of the days, it was under control. It sometimes tends to be a little bit itchy, and you lose a little bit of adhesive when you shower, but other than that, it works! For the first few nights, my dreams were quite vivid and I still remember them hours after waking up. But gradually, it doesn’t seem so vivid anymore. Honestly it’s more fun when your dreams are vivid lol. I hope this keeps me off cigs forever. If you’re struggling to quit smoking, give this one a try!

Not worth the savings.
I found that this item required at least 2 patches and even then did little to help. There is a reason the price is low and that is not due to being as effective as the more expensive brands. You get what you pay for.
