**Q: Does it come with the blue plug cap?**
A: Yes, it comes with the blue cap.

**Q: Since the plug falls right through the holder, can I get one that is smaller?  Also, the loose cap fell off immediately and was lost**
A: Sorry to hear about you cap. In the directions there is a way to shrink it to get it to fit.  You put the cap in hot water. Dry it. Let it cool and the cap will shrink to fit.

**Q: Does this include the carabiner clip for breakaway wire?**
A: No it does not include a clip for the breakaway.

**Q: The one I ordered did not come with the front part that the power chord clip snaps into. Is there a way to order just that part?**
A: No. It's a piece of junk. I threw mine away and I bought something much much better.

Look this up. I have one on my RV trailer for years. I was looking for the same thing but couldn't find it because I didn't know the name of it. I found it yesterday and I ordered it for my cargo trailer. 
It is very very durable and long lasting. I've had mine on the RV for 7 years so far and it works wonderfully
