The art style reminds me of a more honest, rough and raw stylistic take on the marvellous work seen in examples such as The Snowman, animated features from Studio Ghibli, and the recent Song of the Sea, which speaks volumes about the visual quality on offer. My only negative is that I'd have loved for it to have more pages of work, but I appreciate it has been condensed to be more accessible and fun for children to read and view, and in that respect it is no doubt a complete success.
