## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have a rain cover?**
A: No. There is a sliding cover for the code wheels.

**Q: My door key is 118 mm long, will it fit in this box?**
A: Should be ok but depends on the width of the key, i would go for it

**Q: what size drill so i can use the screws provided**
A: Think I used a 6mm masonry bit

**Q: We don't seem able to open our "yale" box. we input the 4 numbers, and expect the box to "pop open", as we see no switch. are we missing something?**
A: Wish I'd read these reports before buying one! Had exactly the same problem. Incidentally, the plastic weather protector got stuck, had to cut out with a sharp knife, before getting access to the numbers. Also, discovered when retrieving the key that it was very, very easy to force open with a strong screwdriver inserted into the weather protector slot. Would not rate this product. Disappointing. Cannot fault 'The Safe Shop' for their courteous assistance and gratis replacement.
