I used to use  Integral Compact Flash USB Card Reader , which are cheap and compact, but you need to buy two or three at a time because they constantly break. I decided to get one of these for my 2018 MacBook Pro rather than to persevere with the Integral ones with a USB C - A adapter, and I'm glad I did. Cards fit in snugly, and being USB 3 data transfer is much faster. The build quality feels great, and I love the attention to detail with the design - the colour perfectly matches my Mac, and the chamfer on the edge is reminiscent of the iPhone 5/5S/SE design. Will definitely be keeping my eye out for Kiwibird products in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact USB-C reader that works well *by D***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 December 2018* Works great haven’t done. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that the connection wasn’t the standard USB, it was USB 3 which is completely different so I had to purchase a USB3 to Standard USB connector.
