Review: good quality book with a great variety of ideas - A good quality book with a great variety of ideas that even a 3 year old can follow .The picture instructions mean even very young children can have a go at the simple pictures.I bought 2 of these along with large ink pads .One set for a nearly 4 year old who is delighted that he can make pictures so easily ,and the other for a 7 year old who has churned out lots of lovely art work following the instructions for the more complicated pictures. An ideal present for children of all ages ..even adults ! Could also be used with finger paints . Review: Wonderful for creative kids - Love this book. Was gifted to my daughter for a 5th birthday and I have since gifted it several times, with the multi-coloured pad finger paints. Hours of fun (and I don't say that often about crafty books!) ## Features - LB Kids ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | 1,192,493 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) 385 in Children's Books on Art Techniques 1,699 in Children's Books on Drawing 3,729 in Museums & Art Collections | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 334 Reviews | ## Images ![Ed Emberley's Fingerprint Drawing Book - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81eAwTovm5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Media Language, Media Format** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good quality book with a great variety of ideas *by P***A on 7 January 2013* A good quality book with a great variety of ideas that even a 3 year old can follow .The picture instructions mean even very young children can have a go at the simple pictures.I bought 2 of these along with large ink pads .One set for a nearly 4 year old who is delighted that he can make pictures so easily ,and the other for a 7 year old who has churned out lots of lovely art work following the instructions for the more complicated pictures. An ideal present for children of all ages ..even adults ! Was gifted to my daughter for a 5th birthday and I have since gifted it several times, with the multi-coloured pad finger paints. Hours of fun (and I don't say that often about crafty books!) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and fun *by C***Y on 15 April 2016* Bought this as a gift for an art mad 7 year old boy and he loved it. Really simple to follow but the results are great. The book gives contains the instructions so the art can be replicated anywhere (you don't actually do the pictures in the book). I think this makes it last longer as children are more likely to revisit it than think they have 'done' the book. I'm looking to get my son some Ed's books too. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/49667520-ed-emberleys-fingerprint-drawing-book](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/49667520-ed-emberleys-fingerprint-drawing-book) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
