We were pretty sceptical at first but half way through the pot we are convinced that this really does help. We tend not to take any additional vitamin suppliments when taking this product as it works well on its own and we don't want to overload our system, this also seems to detox the body as well, maybe that is exactly what it is doing which makes the big difference. Whatever it is, we have no side effects only good feeling of health and vitality. Maybe it's not for everyone but it is for us, and it seems to work well for us too.
