Stopped the hacking almost immediately
My dog has allergies and has been coughing a lot. The vet was thinking it was acid reflux, but I knew that wasn’t it given his history, especially since when we visit my parents down south he doesn’t have the coughing fits. So I bought this to try and a little hand-held nebulizer. My dog doesn’t like using the nebulizer for too long so I’ve been doing it for 20-30 seconds at a time. He hasn’t coughed since his 2nd treatment and it’s only been one day. I’m super excited for him that I found something to stop his coughing. He has been doing it about 2 or 3 times an hour, especially at night. We’ll see how he does tonight.Update 02/20/2026: My baby is sleeping so much better. He's not waking up coughing and hacking all the time. His fits have drastically reduced, but are not entirely gone. I am going to start a combination of nebulizing (for about 20 seconds since that's all he tolerates) and also putting it in his food. Hopefully, that will help reduce his fits even further.

Seems to be working. I have a nebulizer but also in-between nebulizer i have solution mixed with a water in my essential oil diffuser for some of the day.
