This pillow is alright for camping. I bring a square IKEA pillow with me and then put the Exped pillow beneath it for extra support and thats works great for me.this pillow is awesome for flights though. Fill it up only about halfway as it will inflate more during the flight due to air pressure, but I use it to help with my back. My sister and I also put it in the space between our seats with it sitting on top of the armrest, and if we both put our heads against it, it made for an absolutely awesome soft wall to sleep against.
