Would recommend.
I buy these for my severely autistic son to top up what he receives from the NHS. They’re good quality and a decent price. The fit is adjustable and the best thing is that they don’t leak if worn properly.

Perfect product
My disabled child is only 7 but very very tall and wriggles around all day! Instead of doing them up top- bottom top-bottom I find this is not secure with many leaks. I do bottom -bottom top-top pulling at the top means it's completely gap free. Never leaks, holds an adult amount of liquid and absorbs really well. I would recommend changing every hour and half so the patient does not become sore! I only use this product 5star from me. However they are more expensive than the other brands but from word of mouth I believe these are the preferred choice from parents.

Among the best available
Comfortable, absorbant, and wick liquids away from the skin quickly. Can't really ask any more of such a product. Some tips for new users: - if you are physically active or having trouble keeping them in place, add a pair of elastic, close fitting boxers over the nappy (regardless of your gender, men's underwear seems to fit well over nappies), keeps in place well, even during activity, and can keep the little sticky tabs from working to the edge and digging into skin. - a barrier cream or other skin protection is important for any long term user, you can get it from your gp or pharmacy. - there are specalist cleaners available to remove the urine smell which can be left by long term incontinence, again, ask your gp or pharmacist (another almost as effective method is regular washing with strong lemon/t-tree shower gel). - keep an eye on which brands of nappy bags are big enough for adult nappies (I find the cheapest big bags in the uk are wilko own brand nappy sacks), supermarket own brand ones are often too small to comfortably fit a heavily used adult pad. - don't neglect the mental side of looking after yourself. For some people, the first time using pads is difficult. Some feel like it's a failure, or humiliating. What helps each person will vary, and there are charity websites with more information and there are always people to talk to about it if it's bothering you. Whatever you, just remember your mental health is important too.
