Ideal for attaching 2x4s, sill plates and electrical equipment. Also good for attaching structural supports to concrete, tilt-up construction, highway rails and posts, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, metal doors and window frames. Review: As a general contractor and home builder I can attest these are my favorite anchors. Very easy to install, and they grip well as long as you drill the hole correctly. They hold up as well as any similar anchor, and function great. Definitely a must for bottom plate anchoring, posts, or whatever else you have in mind. Great value for money, will continue to buy again! Review: I bought these to replace some horrible hardware that was included with some base plates I purchased recently. Installation is pretty straightforward, drill a 1/2 inch hole in the concrete (deep enough to seat the anchor with the nut flush with the top of the bolt). Smack the anchor into the hole. Tighten the nut until tight.
