They dissolve quickly in water, the flavours are pleasant (not overly sweet or artificial), and they’re easy to take on the go. I’ve been using them during workouts and on longer days when hydration actually matters, and they definitely help. I also like that they don’t leave a chalky residue and don’t upset my stomach, which I’ve had with some other brands. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is personal preference — some flavours are better than others, and I’d like a bit more variety or slightly stronger electrolyte hit. That said, they’re good value and I’d happily buy them again.
