This is hands-down the best. We stay away from the "other stuff" because of all the artificial ingredients, flavors and sugar. This one? Clean, simple & effective. We live in Arizona and take it daily... mainly because we eat super clean with minimal sodium and this helps fill any gaps. Since starting it, no more cramping. Praise the Water Boy! I personally don’t think it tastes like seawater at all, despite what a few others have said. My tip? Mix it with ice-cold water & it goes down so much smoother. It IS expensive when there's 2 people in the house drinking it every day. But for something that dissolves well, tastes great & works... I say it's worth every penny!
