Recomended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't work quite so well with the Canon 1Dx *by A***D on 23 May 2014* Although the description doesn't mention the Canon 1Dx, I hoped this battery would show the battery level in the camera LCD (as the description says it does with the 1Ds series, etc.). It doesn't. Placing the battery in the camera causes it to pause for a few minutes, then grumpily announce "Cannot communicate with battery". It is possible to select "ok" and then use the camera as normal (although you have to guess when it is running low on power).
