Yes, it is designed for any 12 gauge barrel.

Will this fit a mossberg 930 Spx?

If you have an extended magazine tube you should be able to mount the flashlight near the muzzle. I have mine mounted on my Remington 870 just short of the muzzle to protect the light from the muzzle blast, and powder deposits. Hope this helps.
