I find that a water spray bottle helps to speed up the mixing stage. I apply with bare hands ( it's that gentle) use the stopwatch on my phone for an accurate 5 mins, then scrape it off with a plastic card. Rinsing with warm water only, followed by moisturiser, finishes the job. It does not kill the hair roots so regrowth is quicker than with other depilatory products, but it is so economical that it's no problem.
