Bought to replace grip for mum coming in and out of shower. Handle not as thick as one replaced so she finds this easier to hold onto with her arthritis plus the handle has grip so not as slippy. Really easy to install and sturdy. Very easy to remove, unlock and ping the sucker by lifting the little flap, the red /green a great indicator to which tells you when to push down the levels on both sides

At first sight it might appear very sturdy and safe to use, but unfortunately it is not as good as it looks. It can definitely hold a reasonable weight if you pull it and the force is applied perpendicularly to the wall, but if for whatever reason it happens that it is pulled diagonally or with a force parallel to the wall then be warned that there is a very good chance that it will suddenly deatch from the wall. If you are looking for something very safe to use, then look somewhere else as this item is really not fit for purpose.

Very pleased with this purchase. These grab handles are easy to install and feel very secure. Many of the other suction handles you see listed have a curved handle. I think that the slightly narrower, and straight handles of these LORESJOY grab handles are easier to hold onto. I thought the suction cups that secure the handles might require quite a lot of force to make sure they would stick to the tiled wall, but it was surprisingly easy and they really feel solidly attached. Our shower goes into the bath and you can see how we placed the two handles at the top end. My wife is right handed so the handle on the right is angled upwards and located to help stepping into and out of the bath. I've also put-in a small waterproof stool so she can sit when washing her hair. The other handle is straight and helps standing up. It all seem to be working ok, but note that if you have an old narrow bath like ours, there's not enough leg room to swivel a stool with a rotating seat. So make sure you set the shower temperature before you get in.

Bought a pair of these to help me mam to get in and out of the bath safely. The handles are large, seemingly well made and surprisingly very solid when in place. Virtually no movement at all when grabbed. The lever mechanism for attaching them to a surface is big and easy to use and the red/green indicators that show you that the suckers are firmly attached or not are a great idea and work well. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 suckers constantly comes loose after around 1 to 2 days which is a shame as the other 3 have not had to be adjusted at all. The indicator on the 1 that comes loose turns red to alert you to this which is the whole point and I never expected the suckers to remain solid for ever but I just feel that if the others can last as long as they do, why can't the fourth. I would recommend the product but like the title says "not perfect"

Almost a year on both grab rails have remained firmly attached to bathroom tiles 🤗 Further update - Well the replacement grab rail is still stuck firmly on the bathroom tiles after several weeks now so I revised my review to 5 stars ! After sending the faulty one back that popped off the wall I was left with the problem of how to replace it quickly .As I said previously one had stayed fixed fast on bathroom tiles from day one . So on the same day I returned it I ordered another thought it was worth a go! Thank goodness for prime deliveries it arrived the next morning put it straight up In the same place and there it remains has not popped off once . Maybe I got a faulty one I honestly don’t know but I am glad I gave it one more go . Bought two of these a few days apart . One is fine and is still firmly stuck to the tiles but one keeps randomly popping off the wall every couple of days ! Really didn’t want to return it as it’s been great to help him in and out of shower but obviously it’s not safe if this happens when he is holding onto it . Can’t understand why one works and this one doesn’t . Tiles have been cleaned , then dried before attaching in both cases ☹️ I did note someone else posted a review with the same problem .

A quality bathroom product.

I must admit that I had reservations after reading reviews and the fact that my wall behind the tiles is a stud wall. The tiles are mounted onto plasterboard. But unable to find the wood battens for a screwed fixture left me with no choice but to try a suction method. The grab rail stuck to the tiles fine and I made sure that the second pad stuck to an adjacent tile. There has been no visible movement, cracking of gout or loss of suction despite a heavy tug. I appreciate that they aren’t designed for full body weight but from the tests I have used it is secure enough for steadying and a more firm grip on an emergency. It’s been up for over a week and no problems and I check it everyday to ensure my wife is safe. It’s given her a lot more confidence. Whether it is temporary and we are forced to have a complete wall re-tiled is under review.

Acquistato per papà che si sentiva "instabile" in doccia coi piedi bagnati. Scelto tra tanti a ventosa grazie alle recensioni che ne tessevano i pregi senza raccontare di problemi di tenuta. E così è stato: pulite come ben descritto 2 piastrelle sulle quali andava attacca attaccata ora è lì da oltre 20 gg e ancora saldamente ancorata. Ottimi i 2 segnalatori sulle ventose che indicano la tenuta pressoria. Ho atteso a recensire il prodotto prima di scrivere fosse perfetto per poi magari trovarlo staccato dopo pochi gg. Invece anche ieri alla prova di trazione sembrava come appena posizionato. Soddisfatto e papà "più sicuro".
