I take one of these every night and I swear it helps with all manner of things from pains in my back, hips and knees as well as restless legs. I also think this helps me to get a better night's sleep. I used to get these in bulk but couldn't find them on Amazon any more. Would appreciate any advice on bulk purchases if anyone knows where to get them!
