Sous une volumineuse couche de cire, la quantité de poutargue comestible s'est limitée à quelques grammes, soit l'épaisseur d'une feuille de papier à cigarettes.Le vendeur n'a pas répondu à ma protestation.

Il pacco è arrivato velocemente nonostante un cambio di indirizzo per il problema del covid 19. La ditta di Sassari è stata sollecita e disponibile quando l'ho dovuta contattare per questa situazione.La bottarga, assaggiata oggi , è risultata molto saporita, ben stagionata e quindi, secondo me, di buona qualità. Ho soggiornato in Sardegna per le vacanze molto spesso e da lungo tempo quindi conosco bene questo gioiello della regione sarda. Sicuramente la ordinerò di nuovo ed approfitterò  dell'occasione per assaggiare altri prodotti di questa ditta.
