Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Fruit Fusion 270g

Well I just got this today and used it straight away before gym and it was amazing! Two scoops got me through my workout and definitely let me push myself a lot more! I just came off the Phd Pre workout which was going well too but this stuff is much better tasting, doesn't cause any face tingling or induce any stomach problems! It's pretty cheap and came a few days before the expected date! The only annoying thing is that the tub is a decent size but it's less than half filled so if you use 2 scoops (as recommended) it's great but I don't see it lasting longer than a month or so if you got to the gym 4/5 times a week! Also, as I've only used it today I can't tell you much of the long term effects but I haven't heard anything negative in other reviews. Taste - 4/5 Value for money - 4/5 Shipping and delivery - 5/5 Focus and energy in the gym as a result 5/5 Definitely recommend!

This review is a long time coming but I am now catching up with reviewing my purchases as I do believe it helps everyone. I purchased this Amino Acid for a number of reasons and not just as most may purchase it as a pre work out. Because of what it is made up of, it is so much more than just a pre work out! At the time of purchase my short term memory was foggy, I was tired all of the time and couldn't find the energy to work out. It was my sister whom is a qualified Personal Trainer that explained the benefit of BCAAs to me. Of course, before discussing what I had been trying with her I had tried all the wrong stuff that was pumped with high dosages of caffeine and little else. So imagine my surprise when I tried Amino Energy and awaited the "hangover". It never came. I had a nice uplift of energy after taking this. Enough to do a spin class and then a HIIT class straight after and I was at least 4 stone overweight with fat at the time. I absolutely loved the flavour which is quite sweet but pleasant to the taste buds. It mixes very easily with water in any shaker flask, no need to blend or even mix with a spoon, just place it in and shake. After quitting the gym (I know, I know, I just heard you eye roll!) I had some left but I use it when I'm a little lethargic and need energy to do house chores. I can hear body builders weeping right now. I have recently purchased myself a spin bike and Kettle bells and can not wait to beast it with the help of Amino Acids, which I will be purchasing more of in the near future. This particular product has kept well over months in it's well sealed jar and still tastes exactly the same as when I purchased it. It is one of my favourite flavoured supplements! The lack of the 5th star is purely because I do feel that whilst BCAAs are expensive anywhere you purchase them, I feel this is slightly more expensive than it needs to be to be competitive. Not much though and it is a quality product. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I chose to rate this product 5 stars, because for someone who is active most days, this drink certainly gets me through. The flavour is delicious and it will actually last longer than it says it does as the flavour is so strong, you dont necessarily need as many scoops per serving!

Amazing product ,I use this 4 times a week first thing in the morning and then i go for my workout , i have tried similar products before but this product gives you that extra focus and durability ..

Good product but the packaging is wasteful

If people say this doesnt work its down to them using it wrong,you only take this before and then after you hit the iron or your body will get used to it. I use this instead of energy drinks and so on. 4 scoops in 400ml of ice cold water 30 mins before i lift then if im exhausted il take 2 scoops after. Its not a miracle powder its there to give you a boost, without hard work theres no point buying it

I love that this pre workout is not sweet!
