**Q: How does one obtain additional test strips? Do not appear to be available on Amazon.**
A: This kit includes two test cartridges with the analyser. This HbA1c or A1c test can measure the level of glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) in your blood over a period of 8 – 12 weeks. The first cartridge could be used straight away to provide a measure of the HbA1c in your blood over the last 8-12 weeks. The second cartridge could then be used after 8-12 weeks in order to maximise the "lifespan" of the kit, thereby giving readings over a combined period of 16-24 weeks (approx. 4-6 months).

This kit is available in the UK with more cartridges but it is only permitted for medical professionals.
