I principally ordered this strapping to securely strap a load of wood planks together prior to transporting them to a farmyard a number of miles away. The strapping is thick and incredibly robust, providing a firm hold on a stack of wood planks. It’s also easy to cut, despite its strength and thickness. I actually took to cutting the lengths with a thick pair of kitchen scissors we have in the house. These proved ideal for the job. Although it should be notes – these are quite heavy-duty scissors. The reusable buckles that come with the set also make the strapping process that much simpler. The straps are connected at either end by simply threading the strapping through the twin prongs of the buckles and it holds them tight and secure. Having since transported the aforementioned stacks of wooden planks, I have to say this strapping was absolutely perfect. No issues at all with the strength or hold the strapping had on the planks. Absolutely can’t fault the strapping at all. Review: Does the job but.. - Tension tool works well and seems good quality despite what some other reviews say, banding tape is tape, not much can add here except you won't break it in a hurry.. But the clips are not great, width is very tight on this width of tape and no spring in them so they twist and close up to easily before getting the tapes to a decent tension, prob' chucked every 2nd clip and lost alot of tape trying 2nd & 3rd attempt.
