A: Works fine with my Windows 10, (on wi-fi link), and also with my wife's XP. Cant fault it for the money. Paper jams so easy to clear. Top rate printer.

**Q: paper feed - Does the tray always stay open when paper is loaded or it goes inside the printer so that the paper is not exposed when idle?**
A: The paper had to stay in the tray...I always leave mine open...make sure the paper is really flat as it sometimes gets caught in the rollers and its a big job to get it out!
