I have 3 wearable ice packs that do a great job but they are huge and wearable is not always necessary. Most of the icing I do is while laying in bed. I’m missing vertebrae c3-t1 and my neck and upper back are constantly in pain. I push the gel towards the center for more contact before freezing. You can tri fold the pack to conserve space while freezing as well. It doesn’t drape over shoulders which is the only downside but I personally didn’t expect it to bc well…ice doesn’t bend😁. So if are hoping for that feature just be aware it might not lay as flat down the shoulders as you like.
