The consistency of the shampoo I bought here is incredibly watery and thin compared to what I purchased from the brands site. Also when I opened the box there was a significant difference in the amount of product in each bottle, shampoo having the least amount which was incredibly annoying considering they are all labeled to have the same volume. I considered that maybe I received a gently used and returned product but I would assume they would discount and inform if they had done that but who knows on Amazon. Frustrating considering the price tag, won’t be repurchasing here. Product itself is 5 stars.
