Oregon Chainsaw Protective Gloves, Leather – Pair (M)

Excellent chainsaw gloves, protection for both hands. Others I considered only protected the left hand. As I change hands to suit the cut this was not suitable. And a rather good price. With Oregon's name on them, decent quality as Oregon produce the bars and chains for the saw. Many thanks Regards Anthony .

Bought for volunteer railway work. Sturdy bit stiff owing to layers but a very good value we'll made glove for none chainsaw users too.

In general, I don't wear gloves for most gardening/tree-hacking work. But these are so good that I find I wear them all the time - which has to be a good thing for protecting your hands against scratches, pinches, etc. They are chainsaw gloves; flexible enough to keep a good feel for what you're doing. The back of both gloves is reinforced (some chainsaw gloves only reinforce one hand). The elastic cuffs are great, they come well up your wrist and make them feel very secure. The leather is not especially thick - I cut up some monkey puzzle the other day (before I bought these gloves), the spines on the wood would just about penetrate the gloves I think, so I don't think they're right for serious spine-wrestling, but for using the chainsaw, and general chopping, lifting etc activities. they're brilliant.

Storm Floris blew a tree down in August (2025), and so there was much chain sawing to be done. I bought these to replace the previous worn and dirty Oregon gloves, and they have been grand again.

Diese Kettensägen-Schutzhandschuhe sind die einzigen die ich gefunden habe, die sowohl am rechten als auch am linken Handschuh mit einem Schnittschutz ausgestattet sind. Alle anderen Handschuhe hatten den Schnittschutz immer nur an einer Hand. Die Handschuhe sind sehr bequem und haben ein gutes Tragegefühl. Das Material erscheint sehr hochwertig. Allerdings auch anfällig. Habe mir die ersten kleinen Risse eingehandelt, als die etas unachtsam einen Baumstamm gegriffen und dabei über einen scharfkantigen Aststummel gekratzt bin. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass die Handschuhe niemals Ihren Zweck erfüllen müssen, weil ich mit der Säge abgerutscht bin ö.ä. Sie geben allerdings insgesamt ein sichereres Gefühl als ohne oder nur mit normalen Gartenhandschuhen. Positiv: + gute Passform + gutes Trageverhalten / Komfort + sehr griffig, Kettensäge liegt fest in der Hand ohne zu Rutschen o.ä. + ausreichend "Gefühl" in den Händen um zu wissen was man greift + Schnittschutzprotektor an BEIDEN Handschuhen (oben auf den Handknöcheln, wo der OREGON-Schriftzug zu erkennen ist)!!! + hochwertiges Material Neutral: +/- Die Handschuhe unterliegen dem normalen Verschleiß. Greift man häufig scharfkantige oder harzige Baumteile, würde ich hierfür andere Handschuhe anziehen. Ich versuche sie ausschließlich zum Sägen zu verwenden und ziehe mit für die vor- und nachbereitenen Arbeiten in denen ich Baumstämme transportieren muss andere Handschuhe an, um diese schönen Exemplare zu schonen.

Non sono comodi, ma fanno bene il loro lavoro di protezione e sono piuttosto robusti. Con il tempo tende a scucirsi la parte tra pollice ed indice. Ne ho comprate 3 paia in offerta a 20€ al paio, l'unico che ho buttato è per naturale, e assolutamente non precoce, usura sui polpastrelli.

Ahora sí , los cambié por una talla más y perfectos. Dan much seguridad y a un precio razonable.
