It is the only multivitamin I was able to tolerate throughout my pregnancies. Even with the iron, it is very gentle on the stomach (as long as you don't take it on an empty stomach). But then, for me, I can't take any vitamin of any kind on an empty stomach. I'm done having kids and am reordering this again (as subscribe and save) because it has agreed with me very well and the iron helps with my slight anemia and corresponding fatigue. I tried ALL the expensive organic/whole-food vitamins for prenatal thinking they were better.
