I buy the healthy "high polyphenol" variety and it is smooth and flavorful. I eat a salad almost every day - I don't know how many bottles I have gone through in the last couple of years (I used to buy at Publix and Walmart - now from desertcart), but it's dozens and I will keep on buying. Worth the cost!

Can't say enough good things about this olive oil. Beautiful mild taste, very little smell, great for cooking, great for taking by the spoonful as well. I buy two at a time, use one for cooking and the other for making my home made tallow blended skin cream. It is the only Olive Oil I purchase now.
