I’m torn between which size to keep. 5.5 feel too big, but size 5 is a bit snug.** A: As the outer material is canvas, these shoes are unlikely to stretch. However, they should become more comfortable with wear as your feet gets used to them. Hope this helps. **Q: How flexible are the soles? Do they bend in half lengthwise and kinda roll up widthwise?** A: No they are quite stiff soled compared to normal running trainers, I think if you tried that you might spilt the sole. One more thing, the sole is not well padded like a trainer although I found them better than converse. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Good quality Outsole, and quite heavy. *by F***S on 17 August 2022* The plus points are they look good and are made of good materials. The outsole seems to have some cushioning and is made of rubber, but doesn't seem to be in the same league as some Timberland canvas shoes. They are quite heavy and seem to be made of good materials although I don't know what makes them so heavy and would love to see a pair taken apart to understand what they are made from. The style is good although they did not suit my slim fit clothing. I found the shape of them made the hem of my jeans and trousers look strange as the shoes dip slightly near the ankle. They come in larger sizes and a wide range of colours which is excellent. Overall these are stylish and good shoes for the money if they suit your clothing. I have unfortunately returned them as I could not make them work, and I also think they are not comfortable enough for walking long distances.
