Das Design ist modern und sie ist viel kleiner als gedacht, was beides sehr wichtig ist, da sie ihren festen Platz in der Küche hat. Ich hatte vorab wochenlang recherchiert für welche Maschine ich mich entscheiden soll. Mir waren das Metallgehäuse und die integrierte Waage bei einem Preis bis ca. 300€ am wichtigsten. Das Gehäuse macht einen wertigen Eindruck, nach Benutzung lässt es sich blitzschnell abputzen, es wird auch so gut wie überhaupt nicht vollgekleckert, vorausgesetzt man startet sie vorsichtig. Die Waage macht sowas von Sinn, seit ich mit ihr meine Teige mache, habe ich kaum Unordnung in der Küche. Ich kann überhaupt nicht verstehen, wie man schreiben kann, sie sei laut. Ich habe sie jetzt seit Anfang Dezember im Gebrauch und schon ganz viele Teige gemacht, vor allem verschiedene Hefeteige. Nachdem ich alles abgewogen habe, starte ich ganz vorsichtig, sodass ich den Spritzschutz nicht brauche, so 30 Sekunden, dann schalte ich etwas höher. Bei allem was ich bisher gemacht habe, braucht man nicht wirklich hoch zu drehen. So bleibt sie standfest und hüpft keinen Millimeter von der Stelle, auch hat das natürlich Einfluss auf den Geräuschpegel. Das es natürlich Geräusche macht, wenn sie rührt,ist doch aber logisch, da wirken schließlich auch Kräfte. Wenn sie fertig ist und ich den Arm hochklappe, löst sich der Teig von alleine fast vollständig von den Haken, den verbleibenden Rest schiebe ich ganz einfach mit einem Silikon-Spatel ab. Bisher hat sie immer alle Zutaten ohne den kleinsten Rest am Schüsselrand anstandslos verrührt, das kann eine Minute dauern, aber sie macht es sehr sehr zuverlässig. Die Reinigung der Schüssel und der Haken ist schnell und einfach. Das Backen mit ihrer Hilfe macht echt Spaß und ich nutze sie sehr regelmäßig. Ich habe sie für 300€ bekommen und finde den Preis angemessen. Habe kein weiteres Zubehör. In dem Video habe ich Pizzateig aus 500g Mehl und 300 ml Wasser gemacht, dieser musste 20 Minuten gerührt werden, sie ist nicht annähernd warm geworden.

Sie ist einfach nur toll! Das Design ist modern und sie ist viel kleiner als gedacht, was beides sehr wichtig ist, da sie ihren festen Platz in der Küche hat.
