The product looked very nice when unpacking, however it was intrinsically faulty. The sim-card tray was unable to be opened. I contacted customer support, and they were not able to suggest any valid way of opening the tray in the way it is supposed to do. I was therefore left with no choice other than to return the item to desertcart. I am surprised that this item which initially appeared to be of good quality, was actualy no use at all. Disappointing. I never got a chance to explore and find out. The product looked very nice when unpacking, however it was intrinsically faulty. The sim-card tray was unable to be opened. I contacted customer support, and they were not able to suggest any valid way of opening the tray in the way it is supposed to do. I was therefore left with no choice other than to return the item to Amazon. I am surprised that this item which initially appeared to be of good quality, was actualy no use at all. Disappointing.
