I also liked the shape of this product because I could wrap it in different ways and it could be used on different areas of the body. The heat lasted 20-30 min. Because of the way the pad was sewn into channels, the contents wouldn't shift like in some other heating pads I've had.The bad: This didn't smell like lavender at all but more like I was cooking some grains and the smell was pretty pungent.
