Product arrived in an opened box. Power lead did not fit the base - it kept falling out. As soon as I picked it up out the box, something was rattling inside, loose part from power socket maybe? So-called 'on off' switch was literally painted on, not even a working power switch. As for hologram? Plastic silhouette of Iron Man, however as I couldn't get it switched on, I can't comment on the image itself.
