If you order a mirror that is 24" x 36", that is what the mirror will measure from the outside of the frame from edge to edge. Bobrick also makes this mirror in a 24" x 30" size which may be confusing you on dimesions. If you order 24" x 36"-that will be the actual size of the mirror. **Q: Is this mirror compatible with Ada standard** A: The ADA Compliance concern with the Bobrick 165 mirror is not about the mirror iteself but rather how the mirror is installed. It must meet specific height measurements off the floor to the bottom of the mirror to be ADA Compliant. **Q: Does this come with all mounting hardware?** A: Because this mirror can be mounted to different types of surfaces requiring different hardware, mounting hardware is not provided. **Q: How do you mount this mirror?
