You will not regret this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth and Silky! *by D***E on January 12, 2025* I gave the T3 Smooth ID four stars because I had one BIG gripe. Programming the tool was not as intuitive as it appeared. I was ready to put it back in the box and return it and finally got it programmed to my hair. The selections to program the tool are so smooth on the iron that they are hard to find when not lighted up, and they must be illuminated to program the tool. With that said, once it was programmed, I noticed with the first pass on my hair that it was a great tool. My hair was so smooth, shiny and silky. The heat level was perfect, the tool did not pull on my hair nor did it burn or smell bad. By the time I had half of my hair done I was totally and completely overwhelmed with the results. I absolutely recommend this tool. My suggestion for the instructions is BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF! The tool requires taps not a hard press on the buttons. Keep the plastic cover on the tool for a while until you have a better handle on programming it.
