Only downside is that they last around 6 months. Due to the curved nature of the glass, if the edge of the protector catches on something, like putting the phone in your pocket, or knocking against something, the edges start to crack a little. Its not the end of the world, and if you keep your PRIV in a case (I don't), then you're not likely to have that issue. That said, every 6-8 months, I do end up ordering the same one.
