Review: Keeps going wrong - Most days when we switch on the TV, the switch is sending flashing images to the TV and we have to turn the switch off/on repeatedly until it stops happening. We have a Humax box and an Apple TV plugged into it, so nothing unusual. Video of what it looks like is attached.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this work with the Sonos Beam?**
A: I use it connected to a Sonos Playbar, which requires an optical cable.  I'm not sure about the specification of the new Sonos Beam - you'd best check the manufacturer's specification.

**Q: How much power does it use**
A: AC Power 100v-240v 50/60 Hz DC 5v / 1A

**Q: This thing has three inputs so i could plug sky box, xbox and ps4. i assume it can also use any smart tv apps e.g netflix as a source as well???**
A: Yes you can connect all 3 of those devices and you could still output Audio from your smart TV. However, unless your TV supports 5.1 out via the optical your be reduced to stereo only. You would be better off running your app e.g. Netflix from your PS4 thus achieving 5.1 surround.

**Q: What happens if this box receives a dd+, dts or other unsupported formats? does it use edid to make the source aware, that they ain't supported?**
