It’s a lovely sriracha sauce that adds heat and flavour to your food. It has a two chilli rating so it’s not too hot which is how I have ended up using more than I expected. There’s only 150ml of sauce in the bottle, so it’s easily used up in the 6 weeks it recommends the bottle should only be open for.
