I was refunded and then bought another and so far I haven't had any issues with this new one. It's really good practice and also comes out very fast if done correctly. The throwing did not take long to get used to. However, not everyone may find it easy to use. Using the sidearm to bowl spin or slower balls is very difficult and I think doing this is what might cause it to snap sooner than it should.
