Review: so far so good - After all those years of my mum constantly telling me to look down when i walk, so i don't tread in dog muck has finally caught up with me. Been having problems with my upper back, shoulders and neck, so i thought maybe it's not too late to change a bad habit. the vest is of a good quality. Though i wish i had gone for the next size up, as it is a little tight around the waist. even though i was 5 cm under the recommended measurement. there are no instructions on the box, so it did take me some time to figure out how to put it on. especially when they only show the back view. The top of the brace cuts into your neck so i have to pull my t-shirt up over the brace to stop it annoying me. otherwise a good buy. I'm hoping i can get alot of years use out of it. only time will tell...

Expensive, but I must have 4 others and this is by far the best. Also pulls in the Christmas belly very slightly. :) My pain is from slight scholosis and a repeatedly broken collarbone from rugby and cycling. This really braces things, relieves pain in the short term and has helped me build better habits. Doesn't cut in and although the wraps for the shoulder pads would ideally be built in. I can't think of how to improve them and still have a one size fits all option. Expensive, but buy once, buy right.
