Water pumping system
Great product that I have used for about a month. So far so good, as I use it alot every day.

Doesn't work. No support from company.
Item does not work. Pump turns on no water is pumped. I tried to contact support but they never replied. I want to return it but there's no way to do so in Amazon. Guess I'm stuck with it?

Died in less than 30 days
Although easy to assemble this product just DIED on me out of nowhere! It’s been less than 30 days since my purchase- the return window is VERY short guys but it’s unfair how quickly this pump dies… and it’s VERY loud

Works well, but loud for kitchen
I have it installed in a kitchen cabinet to support a keurig. The pump works well, but it’s a bit too loud. I would recommend ordering a roll of foam rug gripper or something to quiet down the vibration of the plastic pump body on the wood surface if you have a similar use.

Stopped working after 1 month
I never let it run for longer than 10 minutes at a time especially if I don’t need it. And then all of a sudden it just stopped working. Would not recommend
