It goes on to give you some basic lessons on how to run a scan etc, but it doesn't spoon feed you, this isn't hack by numbers. It gives you the best possible (imo) groundwork to begin practicing penetrating various systems, using Kali, Metasploit etc.On a side note - It's a 64gb usb stick for less than £20 !!!
