Is the WhiBal G7 White Balance card 18% gray (optimum for printers) or 12% gray (optimum for DSLR)?

I have used this card since 2010 for digital photo in interior, mainly taking pictures of sport matches and the final result is impressive: the colors are so natural.

Does this card work for in-camera white balancing for jpegs? Or do you have to use post production software to adjust the white balancing?

It is working perfectly using exactly as you said: for JPG / Jpeg photo without any post production. I simply use manual white balance with the WhiBal with my Nikon. Indoor photo are much better using Whibal: I use it indoor for sport photo.

I want a card i can use for underwater video. Will this hold up?

Shouldn't hurt anything. Of course I haven't tried it in water, but the markings haven't worn off in the time I've had it (over 2 years), so I'm sure you'd be fine.

Does it include the clip ? I saw it in the picture.

No, the two cards that I have purchased did not come with a clip, just the card inside a paper envelope.
