## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can i use extra slim filters with this product?**
A: Not sure but you can adjust rolling strap position. I use slim tips but cigs were rolling too tight with first use so changed position and now fine.

**Q: Is the rolling material canvas?**
A: No, it's not. It's plastic and after 7 months it's falling to bits. All freyed and split at the bottom.

**Q: Can i use ultra slim filter? also how long do these last before i have to replace it? i use the plastic one but they don't last long**
A: Yes, you can. In fact the 'pouch' for the filter and tobacco is, I think, quite narrow so suitable for v slim filters. It's German made and robust. Treated with care should last you a long time. Yes, many rolling devices are poorly made and the plastic 'pouch' often quickly wears and breaks - not this one.

**Q: Do you have to show ID on delivery**
A: No .
