I needed a watch winder for my automatic watches, with room for my expanding collection. This one is gorgeous. It plenty of room for my current watches, and room for a few more. I like the lock to keep my watches safe and the ability to turn the light off at night so it doesn't keep us awake. It looks and feels like it is very well made, and should last my quite a few years.

Absolutely love this watch winder I use it for my tissot watch and display my other watches. Holds my rings and necklaces as well. Noise is very quiet. Great quality. Love the hinge as well and latch. Looks fantastic wherever I put it.

Nice, functional, good value for money

The watch winder looks good and feels well made. Both the exterior and interior have a nice finish, and it gives a premium impression. However, reliability is a serious issue. After just a few weeks, the mechanism started stopping randomly. The interruptions became more frequent, and after about three months it stopped working completely. At the end of the day, a watch winder that doesn’t reliably keep watches running fails at its primary purpose. In my case, the product simply did not deliver.

It is definitely larger than I expected. I'll need to revise the location to accommodate it better. (It is currently placed on a nightstand, displacing a lamp.) I need to purchase another and I will likely select a smaller size. Other than that, I love it. It holds my watches securely and looks nice. I love the control options, like the "pause" feature when the door is opened. My favorite feature is "mode 4" which allows it to spin, alternating clockwise/counterclockwise, for three hours, then rest for nine hours. That means it is off and silent during the night!

I was looking for a winder for several watches and was happy to find something so reasonably priced. PROS: - Large capacity for winding several watches at once - Excellent value for the money - Looks nice with or without the internal lights turned on - Surprisingly quiet, I don't ever hear this CONS: - It is front heavy. This could probably be easily fixed, but if you have the door open and pull out the drawer, it can easily fall forward. - I have a 20cm wrist and the winder inserts are slightly too small to keep bracelets snug. If I don't add a cloth or something to take out the slack, my watches will slide around - There are several rough surfaces in the winder cavity. Combined with the slack issue, I could see the possibility of there being scratches. A cheap felt-like sticker inside the cavity could help a ton here. Overall, I think you'd have a hard time finding a better value for a winder that supports this many watches.

I had an issue with my DUKWIN Watch Winder for 4 automatic matches where two of the four winder motors stopped working. I reached out to the support team and they responded promptly. They helped troubleshoot the issue and sent replacement motors immediately. DUKWIN has an exceptional customer support team, very amicable, attentive and professional. I was surprised by the promptness, friendliness and helpful response from the support team that leaves other manufacturers customer service way behind. Great service!!!

The look and overall construction of the box itself is very nice but there are parts (trim around the light, area behind watch holders) that feel cheap and unfinished. Also, the box is top heavy and can tend to lean forward when opening or pulling out the drawer. The motors are great. Super quiet. The overall look is very impressive and my watches look great. I wish there was a light option where it lights up when you open the door. Right now the light can only be turned on or off.

Der Uhrenbeweger wurde innerhalb einer Woche geliefert (aus Großbritannien!) und war sehr sorgsam verpackt. Er sieht sehr hochwertig aus und ist ein echter Blickfang. Die Motoren sind wirklich leise- hab den UB im Schlafzimmer stehen. Toller UB zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Der Gesamteindruck des Uhrenschranks ist durchaus in Ordnung - ja, er wirkt sogar recht edel. Bei genauerer Betrachtung insbesondere im Inneren sieht man ihm dann allerdings schon an, dass es sich um eine eher "billige" Produktion handelt. Aber bei diesem Preis kann man im Grunde auch nicht mehr erwarten - das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist somit durchaus in Ordnung. Zwei der Uhrenträger aus Kunststoff waren (vermutlich durch den Transport) zerbrochen bzw. angeknackst. Auf Nachfrage hat der Anbieter aber anstandslos Ersatz geschickt. Außerdem war das Bedienpanel im Inneren aus der Verankerung gesprungen und hing nur noch an seiner Verdrahtung. Dieses ließ sich jedoch mit etwas Fummelei wieder instand setzen.

This is not the first watch winder I have used with winders from established brands and unknown makers but this is definitely one of the better ones. It arrived very well packed and I was impressed with the overall finish. There have been some adverse comments about the "glass" being plastic. Yes it is plastic and I think the makers should be a little more careful in the description but it prompted me to check other winders I have and I found s couple of others from different makers that were plastic but you would never know by looking at it and the plastic on the other winders has stayed good for some years. The only area I would have any slight criticism is the dividers supplied for the drawer. There is nothing to hold them in place other than a tight fit so for long term use they really need gluing. I don't intend to use them anyway so for me there is no issue. Now to the customer service. The winder is positioned near my home desk and working on a quiet morning I noted an annoying repeated sound coming from the winder, as if something was rubbing. I could not identify the problem so emailed Dukwin. I received a prompt reply asking if I could send a recording so sent a few seconds of phone video. Another prompt reply suggested tht it was a noisy motor unit and rather than have to find some packaging and send the whole thing back they could send a replacement motor which, they suggested, was easy to fit. I agreed to the suggestion and commented on a message that I had an older winder that I had now found was made by them and that also had a slightly noisy motor so I had stopped using it. Cut forward a few days and a courier delivered a package from Duckwin in China containing spare motors for both winders. They were correct in that the motors are easy to change. Just remove four screws to access the motors and two screws the hold the motor in place. That just about sums the job up and it took longer to take the watches out than make the change. In doing this job I discovered the motors and a quite standard design which are easily obtainable in UK so out of warranty problems would be easy to fix as well. Final note. I have seen comments on line referring to "cheap Chinese winders". I have also used winders from a well known company which are frequently sold by high end watch retailers in UK. I have had motor failures with them as well.

Lo tengo desde hace 3 semana y funciona bien, sirve para mis relojes y luce bonito en mi escritorio. Le hubiera dado 5 estrellas a no ser de los siguientes inconvenientes: Pros. 1. Negro piano elegante. 2. Se conecta a la luz y las funciones de rotación y luz led funcionan a la perfección hasta ahora (llevo 3 semanas con el) 3. Buena calidad, llego bien sin desperfectos. Contras. 1. La llave no encajaba bien, la tuve que limar un poco para que entrara en la cerradura, era eso o devolverlo. 2. Al comenzar el movimiento la luz les parpadea, nada grave pero pienso que no debería ser así.
