However I will be trying the other flavours (apple, strawberry and tropical) and also the shakes, in hopes of finding one I can trust. Once opened it should be stored in fridge for up to 24 hours. Since it is not delivered chilled, it can be popped in the fridge to chill before consumption, but otherwise does not need to be in the fridge. **Q: Hi,can you please clarify if this is the juice or the milkshakes? i thought fortisip was the milkshake ones and fortijuice was just a juice, not milk?** A: This is the juice. You can get the milk they are called Fortisip, there is no milk in the juice ones. my relative could not drink the Fortisip but can manage the Fortijuice, the consistency is easier for her. **Q: Does this help with weight gain?** A: They helped to do so for me, when drunk as an alternative to drinks of fewer calories. **Q: Are these thick and sticky like fortisip or are they more like juice?** A: They are more like a juice.
