Nice and gentle exercises, easy to follow. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great as an introduction to Yoga *by A***S on 6 January 2015* If you need to convince someone that they should try Yoga this is the DVD for you. It's not too demanding, anyone just starting out can do it, to the limit of their abilities, which will improve fairly quickly. What is great is that anyone who has a tendency to say things like "Yes, but... " to find excuses not to do exercises, really can't say that about this dvd, as it is clear what your options are if you are too unfit to do the perfect pose. It goes slow enough, with enough verbal descriptions, that you do not need to keep your eye on the TV at all times, and if your memory is bad it's still easy to follow. If you are more experienced this is not the DVD for you, whether you are over 50 or not.
