Continuing where the popular Grandia GD05 left off, the Milo ML03 HTPC case again combines the full size features of Grandia series with small form factor dimensions. The slimmer Milo ML03 has a profile of 105mm height and 340mm depth, making it extremely easy to integrate into any living room furniture. Incredibly, this case can accommodate up to three 3.5” hard drives or five 2.5” HDD/SSD through its smartly designed drive cages that can mount either size without any use of adapters. For cooling, the ML03 can be fitted with up to four 80mm fans so users can choose to build a quiet system with low power components or a powerful HTPC with 140W CPU if needed. Review: good case for a htpc budget build - For the price this case is really good. got this for a htpc build that wouldn't look out of place under my tv. putting it together was pretty uncomplicated although i did remove the optical drive bay and hdd cage to make it easier. i put in a micro atx motherboard, an atx psu, two 80mm case fans, a 3.5 hdd under the optical bay and another mounted to the removable hdd cage. i also put a bd drive in there although i had to apply a little force to push it in. i would also recommend using a right angle sata cable as it gets pretty tight on space as the psu is mounted behind the optical drive. one more thing, on my asrock h77 pro 4 m motherboard, the usb 3.0 header sits under the hdd cage which forced me to bend the connector a bit more than i would have liked. other than that installation was a breeze. i would definitely recommend this case for a nice looking budget build.
Review: Large for an HTPC , but necessary to accommodate ATX components - Nice sturdy case , happily accepts ATX build,550 pwer supply, Ryzen 5 3600, 8 gig ram , 2gig low profile card , 60 gig SSD , 480 gig SSD and 128gig nvme , generally pretty quiet and easy to work on .. Cable management isn't great but not bad ... Quite quiet ,Cooling fitted low profile CPU cooler and two 80 extractor fans which keep temps down ... The only downside is poor mounting points for Ssd's at normal load all components stay below 44 degrees.

**Q: What type of motherboard does it use? ATX,mATX or ITX?**
A: The Silverstone Milo ML03 will take Micro ATX, Mini-DTX, Mini-ITX motherboards.  It is too small for an ATX motherboard.  There are supports already installed for the Mini boards.  A further support was provided (along with the screws) to facilitate installation of my slightly larger Micro ATX motherboard.  Before buying it, I downloaded and studied a pdf version of the manual from Silverstone's web site.  It is a good manual.

**Q: what power supply would you recommend for use in this case? I will be installing an ASUS Z87M Plus motherboard with an i3 processor, 12GB of RAM..**
A: I put a Corsair CX 430 into my case which is running an AMD A8 with 8GB RAM, a Samsung 240Gb SSD and a Seagate 4TB HDD. It runs super quiet, it fitted well and it was cheap enough at under £40. The A8 APU runs about 65W TDP and i3's seem to range from 35-75W depending on model so you should be more than fine with the same unit (caveat - unless you are planning on adding a discrete video card then YMMV).

**Q: Will a rtx 2070 super fit? 28 x 11.6 x 4 cm, dont have or need optical drive if it helps the gpu to fit**
A: I would say not, the manual gives max length as 10.5inches, almost 27cm. The optical drive would affect cpu cooler height.

**Q: Will this case take a full motherboard or does it need to be an miniatx?**
A: Hi Martin, it won't take an ATX board only M-ATX downwards so will I think also take Mini-ITX? Check the Silverstone website to confirm that.. I stupidly ordered the ATX board of the one I wanted and my excuse was the picture was dark on Amazon and I didn't notice the extra slots ;-) I just ordered the same board in M-ATX and returned the wrong one.

Got rid of ugly acer tower, crossed components over. everything fits, remember low profile cards only. for a silent HTPC... Arctic F8 fans - swap both CPU + PSU fan if its noisy. LG BH16LS38.AUAR10B Blu-Ray drive. Noise of this drive - depends on software being used for playback and whether or not it limits drive speed. The Included cyberlink app does. 27Q Crossover 27" IPS LED Monitor, amazing value korean import with native resolution 2560 x 1440 (quad HD) Radeon HD5450 (low-profile size) graphics for 25GBP only - meets requirements to play blu-ray titles flawlessly at even above resolution. Dual Core 2.0Ghz CPU or above for smooth blu-ray playback! When inserting drive into this case, keep the bracket/part. Theres an aluminum sheet on the front, warm it up on a radiator, unstick sheet from part and re-stick it to front of LG drive (to the disc tray with some blue-tak) makes LGlogo more discreet.
