Hows about getting some cheap normal size plugs from the chemist and testing the size in your child's ear before investing in these AquaBlock ones? **Q: Can you wear these with grommets?** A: Yes on second lot in 4 years . I swim every day and csn reccomend these. **Q: how long do they last?** A: Hello there, I had these since approx. August 2017 and I don't use them that much but when I have, I have used them for open water swimming in lakes, in the sea and of course, in the pool. They are very good but I have noticed that now they feel a bit more loose inside my ear, not like a plug anymore!
