A: Just FYI, the 3 1/2" diameter ring is 2 1/8" inch tall. This ring is perfect for roll snd English muffins, as well as for shaping and baking food in stacks.

A: If you are simply pouring eggs into the ring, then no scratching. But if you are pressing heavily to form pancakes, etc., then maybe.If you have All-Clad non-stick, then no worries - lifetime guarantee.
